Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Prize & Entry Requirements 

  • Starting Date: October 7th 2026.
  • How To Enter: Entry into the giveaway is available using the no-purchase entry form on the Milo & Chip website for (1) single entry.
  • Extra Entries: Each customer who purchases a Milo & Chip Plushie Bundle or Chip Plushie will receive an additional (1) entry per product purchased.
  • Closing Date: Entries strictly close on January 10th at 12:00 AM EDT. Any bundle purchases, entries, or survey responses submitted after this time will not be eligible.
  • The Prize: One (1) lucky winner will receive a custom, personalised video message from Milo & Chip.
  • Notification: The selected winner will be contacted directly via email and must claim their prize within 48 hours of notification, or an alternative winner may be chosen.

2. Eligibility

  • Entrants and the designated Point of Contact must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • The prize will only be issued or shipped directly to the verified winner (who must be 18 years of age or older). No secondary points of contact, third-party delegates, or alternative recipient addresses will be accepted for distribution. 

3. Prize Clause

  • Non-Transferable & No Redistribution: The prize is strictly for the personal use of the verified winner. The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, resold, distributed, shared, or passed on to any third party under any circumstances.
  • Final Details: The name, recipient details, and message context supplied at the time of initial entry/winner confirmation are final. Entrants cannot request changes to the specified name, shoutout text, or video topic after selection. No modifications will be made to the video once delivered.

  • Forfeiture: Any attempt by a winner to transfer, sell, or commercially distribute the prize will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. In such cases, SPM Goods reserves the right to select an alternate eligible winner.

4. Privacy & Data Protection 

  • By entering, participants agree that any personal information provided (including name, email address, and age verification details) may be used by SPM Goods solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner.

  • Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any information that is collected through cookies by third-parties is handled in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies. Specifically, information may be used to:

  1. Enable essential features and support services on our Sites.
  2. Improve the performance and usability of our products and services.
  3. Personalise your experience across our products and services by remembering your preferences and settings.
  4. Deliver relevant advertising or other information which might interest you, including when you visit other websites or social media.
  5. Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and those of our trusted business partners.
  6. Measure browsing and viewing behaviour and traffic consumption (such as how/how often users engage with our content via our Sites). Thus information may also be recorded and linked to targeting/advertising activities across our products and services with any third-party platforms.
  7. Enable us to see how individuals engage with our Sites so we can make necessary improvements to enhance their experience in the future.
  8. Allow us, and analytics/measurement services (including but not limited to Google Analytics).
